Nominee Criteria
An organization who encourages and motivates its staff to grow by offering professional learning around the intentional integration of the Q10 elements
Adaptive Learning (throughout the organization)
Established best practices that create a happy and healthy work environment
Instituting policies that elevate both children and/or adults within the community to want to be their best selves and encourage others to do the same
Creative culture
An individual who effectively communicates across their organization and community
One whose leadership has created powerful change
Builds connection through efficient adaptation
- Individuals or Organizations who engage in reciprocal communication with parents and families
They invite parents to be a part of the decision making process
Producing learning activities for home and the community
Calculated action(s) to ensure underrepresented groups feel valued and included within the organization and throughout their community
Utilizing multiple elements of the Quantum 10 practices to ensure input from various perspectives are considered
Encouraging mutual equality across intergenerational and multicultural boundaries
Is an individual, board, or leadership group
An individual leader who has created an atmosphere of seizing opportunities to engage family and community
Established access to High Quality Instruction
Implementation of adaptive leadership utilizing Q10 program practices (intentional integration of multiple elements)
Successful student centered culture
Q10s Youth In-Action Award acknowledges and celebrates the remarkable efforts of individual youth or youth organizations who have made significant strides in empowering themselves and others through one or more elements of the Q10 framework, demonstrating an ongoing impact in their communities.
The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has made significant and sustained contributions over the whole of their career to develop and transform others through two or more elements of the Q10 through their scholarship, administration, leadership, or mentoring.
Criteria:
- End-of-career or retired from career
- Positive lasting impact of their actions is seen
- Hands have been in multiple areas of work
