Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is a theory of motivation with eight categories of human needs that fall within 3 stages. Maslow’s is based on people seeking a sense of belonging, joy, and reaching their full potential. With a diverse population of different backgrounds and lived experiences, everyone arrives at self-actualization and Transcendence in their own time. The stages of Maslow’s are:

    • Safety
  • Stage 2 Connectedness
    • Love and belonging
    • Self-esteem
  • Stage 3 Success
    • Cognitive
    • Aesthetics
    • Self-actualization
    • Transcendence
