Quantum Ten Climate and Culture Organizational Award
The Quantum Ten Climate and Culture Organizational Award recognizes organizations that prioritize professional growth, implement best practices, and cultivate a positive and supportive work environment. Through the intentional integration of Q10 elements, these organizations create a culture where educators and students can thrive.
Q10 Transformational Leadership Award
The Q10 Transformational Leadership Award honors individuals whose visionary leadership has driven meaningful change within their schools or organizations. These leaders foster effective communication, build strong community connections, and inspire others to create lasting, positive impacts through transformational practices.
Family and Community Engagement Award
The Family and Community Engagement Award celebrates individuals or organizations that actively partner with parents, families, and communities in decision-making processes. These leaders create meaningful opportunities for engagement and extend learning beyond the classroom, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility for student success.
Q10 Intentional Integration Instructional Leadership Award
The Q10 Intentional Integration Instructional Leadership Award honors leaders who intentionally integrate multiple elements of the Q10 framework to ensure underrepresented groups feel valued and supported. These leaders promote inclusivity and equality through thoughtful practices that transform educational environments into spaces where all voices are heard and respected.
Core Four Virtuous Leader Award
The Core Four Virtuous Leader Award recognizes leaders who have demonstrated excellence in fostering high-quality instruction, practicing adaptive leadership, and cultivating a student-centered culture. Through the Q10 framework, these leaders exemplify the core principles that drive educational transformation and equity.
Q10 Youth In-Action Award
The Q10 Youth In-Action Award celebrates youth and youth organizations that are making significant strides in empowering themselves and others through the Q10 elements. This award honors young leaders who are driving positive change, fostering equity, and inspiring their communities to create a brighter future.
The Q10 Dr. White Lifetime Achievement Award
The Q10 Dr. White Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have made significant and sustained contributions to education and equity throughout their careers. This award honors a lifetime of dedication, leadership, and impact, celebrating those whose work has created lasting change and inspired future generations.
Dr. Shawna Dinkins Excellence in Education Award
Dr. Shawna Dinkins Excellence in Education Award honors leaders who embody the true spirit of servant leadership by leading with humility, compassion, and a commitment to serving others. Nominees for this award mentor and empower emerging leaders and educators, inspiring them to grow, lead, and reach their full potential.
